I have been practicing and teaching Pilates for 17 years. As a Personal Trainer in NYC, I became intrigued with the Pilates method of exercise and received a certification from Physical Mind Institute and Power Pilates.
I consider myself very lucky to have learned from some amazing teachers of movement. I continue to take workshops that relate to Pilates as I believe you never stop learning - and there is so much to learn!
