I have always been a mover. I love bodies and the mechanics of how they work, communicate, heal. I am committed to helping others experience + embrace their body as a teacher, body as a vehicle for strength, alignment + joy, body as widsom that helps us learn. I use these practices as a way to facilitate spaces in which others can find softness, forgiveness + strength around their own bodies + experiences.

Professionally, I first came to Pilates in 2010, and I have been teaching since 2012 as a Balanced Body instructor. In 2016, ready for more tools, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Gina Minyard at Yoga Collective. Here I learned Anusara-inspired alignment and principles. I completed my yogahour certification with Neda Honarvar + Darren Rhodes at Tough Love Yoga in 2018. In my classes, you can expect a well-rounded practice focused on integration, strength and encouragement.


I am also a cat-mom, book lover, an independent dancer-choreographer , the former editor of fLoromancy , and a Wellness Advocate with dōTERRA
