Yoga allows you to rediscover a sense of wholeness in your life, where you do not feel like you are constantly trying to fit broken pieces together.
I was never much of an athlete, eschewing sports for punk rock shows at a young age, and rarely raised my heart rate outside of a mosh pit. I discovered yoga in college, incorrectly believing it would be the easiest option for the PE credit I needed to graduate. I was hooked after my first savasana, craving the centering and stillness that practice brought me.
I found yogahour in 2015 and fell in love. I completed my 200-hour teacher training and yogahour certification at Tough Love Yoga in March of 2017 with Neda Honorvar and Rachelle Knowles.
Firmly rooted in the belief that yoga is for EVERYONE, I am especially passionate about sharing practice with beginners. My classes aim to be both approachable and challenging; both grounding and spacious.
