I’ve always loved movement and it’s been in my life for as long as I can remember. I was introduced to Pilates during my early dancing years and decided to study it more after dealing with a few injuries. I was impressed with the way that Pilates was able to heal my body and make me even stronger in the process. My fascination with the mechanics and capacity of the body, wellness, and anatomy have led to my love of teaching + sharing with others.
My teaching practices aims to empower people, help them feel stronger, and find joy though movement. You can expect a challenging class focused on sensation throughout the body and heavily focused on the breath + mindfulness of the practice. I strive to continue learning, growing, and exploring.
