My journey with health and fitness was reignited a few years ago when I stumbled upon Pilates. After I saw my own mental and physical changes, I knew I had to share it with others in hopes they might discover the same joy. Admittedly, Pilates tends to have an intimidating stigma. My goal is to make everyone feel that they belong and, with enough dedication, no goal is out of reach.
I approach Pilates with a strong foundation, great jams and challenging moves. The aim is to bring focus to growth, balance and strength.
